Payment &
cancellations
- How do I pay?
- By bank transfer before the lesson, or cash on the day. Block bookings are paid in advance to secure the discounted rate.
- What if I need to cancel?
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or move a lesson. Lessons cancelled with less notice may be charged in full, because that time cannot be offered to another learner.
- Are block bookings refundable?
- Unused lessons from a block booking are refundable at the standard hourly rate for the lessons already taken, less any applicable fees — see the terms & conditions.
- Do prices include the driving test?
- DVSA theory and practical test fees are paid directly to the DVSA when you book. Use of the tuition car for your practical test is charged as a standard lesson covering the test and the journey.
